The Website is owned by NW and any use made of this site (including registrations via the Website), are subject to these terms and conditions. NW may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating the text of this page.

The terms and conditions and the use by the User of the Website shall be governed by the laws of Scotland, England and Wales and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the Website and/or any transactions made on the Website, or these terms and conditions.
Neil Whittet Solicitor and Estate Agents will not disclose any private or confidential information within the emails sent; however if there is any information within the emails that discloses the intention to harm oneself or someone else, NW will inform the police and relevant organisations. NW will not accept responsibility if anyone threatens to end their life within an email. All emails sent and received are the property of NW.
16. Hours of business
NW hours of service are available on our website. NW will endeavour to reply to any communication within 24 hours. If your communication comes in after close of business, it will be dealt with the next day.
